I got a fair amount of positive feedback about my last ‘Current Inspiration‘ post. I always find myself saving images that I love, so I figured I may do one of these inspiration posts once a month to unload some of the images.
Everytime The Carpenters Daughter post a new pic on facebook, I find myself right click-saving. To me, they are layering perfection!

My style often changes, morphs, evolves. I have a few set styles I always tend to find inspiration from. Goth, Pin Up, Punk. I’ve had coloured hair & piercings for 10 years now. Other then that, I often get inspired by current trends. Below are some images of things I am so very much loving right now. My inspiration.

A few blogs that are just all round fashion inspiration -
Until around 2 months ago, I had no idea who Adele was! Sure, i’d see pictures of her on websites & think “Oh, isn’t she gorgeous & so stylish”, but what she did to get in those mags, I was clueless. I don’t tend to listen to mainstream music, I don’t listen to the radio or watch music tv, so unless someone recommends me something, I’m pretty useless with current music. I finally, I don’t remember how, heard her sing & was in love. I hope to pick up her album sometime in the future, but lets just say, I have a bit of a new girl crush!
I saw her briefly on TV the other night on a late night chat show & she was hilarious in an awkward & gorgeous way! Her British accent is just adorable! Out Magazine recently posted an article on her (Read HERE) & I just fell head over heels in love with these images. So perfect, look at that hair!
