    Preparation Method

    • Step 1: In a small bowl, add custard powder and ¼ litre of milk and mix it properly. Make sure there are no lumps.
    • Step 2: Next, boil the remaining milk and add sugar. Once it starts boiling, add custard milk and let it thicken.
    • Step 3: Once it is thick, switch off the flame and let it cool in the fridge for two hours.
    • Step 4: After this, the custard will become thick like curd. Blend it until it becomes creamy. While this is an optional step, it results in an even and silky custard with no lumps or chunks.
    • Step 5: Cut all the fruit and keep it in the fridge for one hour. For fruits like apple and banana, add them immediately before serving to prevent oxidisation.
    • Step 6: Next, pour a custard sauce into a glass, followed by layers of fruits and some more custard.
    • Step 7: Repeat the steps until the glass is full. Garnish with some fruits and serve chilled.
